Jackie and I have been clients…no, that’s not correct…for it’s become a friendship…with Adele since 1998. Adele sold our home in 1998, in Mesa, and was a huge help in locating a new (Historic) home for us to purchase in Downtown Phoenix..Willo Historic District. A very smooth and enjoyable transition for us. Adele is quite the professional!
Now move ahead to 2005. We decided we wanted to move again. (remodel what we had, or move to something already done). Adele was contacted, and once again was the choice for us to handle the sale and find us a new home. We were, as we expected, totally pleased with the professional attitude and expert knowledge that Adele has. Adele did an excellent job representing us in the sale AND locating another home for us, still in the Willo neighborhood.
The year 2011 has once again brought us together, for it’s moving time for us again!. Our choice was, once again, Adele. In today’s economy, and given the housing market, Adele was superb in the marketing of our home. Totally on spot with the appraisal, and our house sold in 17 days at a very fair price. (this was definately NOT a “low ball” price/sale.
We had another home in mind that we really wanted, but it seemed it was in and out of escrow with other buyers. Adele did not give up, and kept track of the progress of that property, staying in contact with the sellers agent. Ultimately, we were able to place a bid on that particular property, bid was accepted, and we will close on that property in two weeks!
We cannot stress enough the professionalism, positive attitude, determination and hard work that Adele has always shown to us in our dealings with her. And yes…we have become friends, which is another advantage we have gained.

Adele’s search tool enabled us to select from a variety of amenities and community features, thus paring down the search list until we found the right set of properties for us. This feature saved us significant amounts of time and allowed us to compare several of our favorite homes all at once. Behind the scenes, Adele used the data that we had entered into the search tool to keep us up-to-date on the activity of our favorite homes, while providing us with new listings that met our selected desires and needs. When we arrived to Phoenix, Adele showed us the homes that we had requested to view. Adele really added value to the process by giving us detailed descriptions on each property that we toured, providing overviews on the surrounding community, local school systems, etc. to ensure that we had a true sense of each environment. She also offered to show us some alternative home options and home locations that met our needs but, at the time, we hadn’t thought of. While driving to-and-from showings, Adele gave us a wonderful education on the Phoenix Metro, weather patterns, and the nuances associated with living in a desert cityscape. It was an enriching, fun and educational experience! We were on a very tight schedule and only had two days to view properties before heading back to the East. Adele dedicated two full days of her time to us (on a Holiday weekend) to ensure that we found the right home. We found the right home—and we put in an offer that was accepted by the sellers, despite several other aggressive bids on the same property. Adele made it happen—without her guidance we likely would not have got the house. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase decision!
