Phoenix Electric Light Parade…As Good As Expected! :)

I recently encouraged all of you to go downtown Phoenix to take in the annual Electric Light Parade…and I thought you might want to check out some of the pictures…and if you missed it…make plans to go next year!

As you can see…we get there when the sun is still up. We have a crowd of 50+ peeps and set up an entire parking lot…cooking hot dogs…chili…and hot chocolate.

Another “tradition we have is playing a little game called LCR. It is a dice game and we take it pretty seriously!  😉

Here are some pictures from our front row seats! (If you get there three hours early you should get front row)!

Then…we just eat, visit and wait for the main event! And the parade this year was AWESOME! It was REALLY cool for this 2 1/2 year old who happens to be my great nephew!  🙂 Look at those BIG eyes!

Christmas is a special time of year and this annual tradition kicks of the season perfectly for our family. I hope to see you out there next year! Oh…and if you are reading this from somewhere it SNOWS…please take note of our attire. The first weekend of December is the parade weekend…and most years a light jacket is really comfortable. YEAH!

As always… if you are looking for a GREAT agent to help with your real estate needs please e-mail me at or give me a call (or text) at 602-504-3898 or 888-897-7821 x 114. Plus, I have a GREAT search tool on my web site that gives you the ability to search the entire MLS…just like agents do. Very COOL! ;) Go to Metro Phoenix Homes and check it out! YOU can create and save as many searches as you would like…and it it THE SAME SEARCH I DO AS AN AGENT! You will LOVE it!

ATTENTION AGENTS…Is your Real Estate Career or Company taking you where you want to go?
